Devices and signing in
Use the app on one computer per plan, and move it to another.

How many computers
One plan runs on 1 computer at a time.
This also keeps you safe: two computers copying the same accounts would send double orders.
You see this computer in the app under Settings › Account.
Move to another computer
- On the website, open your Account page.
- Under Computers, press Remove next to the old computer. That computer is signed out.
- Sign in to the app on the new computer.
Offline
The app checks your plan with our server from time to time. If it cannot reach our server for a while, running groups keep copying. The app never stops a copy mid-trade because of the plan.
Sign out
- In the app: Settings › Account › Sign out.
- On the website: Log out everywhere on the Account page ends every session, including the app on each computer.
Forgot password
Use Forgot password on the website. We send a reset link to your email.
