How does the free trial work?

You get 7 days of Copier + Guard, and no card is needed to start. Nothing is charged when it ends. Pick a plan if you want to keep copying.

How does the launch offer work?

Start a plan before 30 November and you pay 50% less: on monthly for your first 3 months, on yearly for your first year. Then the normal price applies.

I have a creator code. What does it give me?

A 30-day free trial instead of 7, still with no card. Until 30 November you also get the 50% launch price. After that, the code takes 20% off your first 3 months.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, any time on your account page. Moving up to Copier + Guard turns Guard on at once. Moving down takes effect at the next renewal.

How do I cancel?

On your account page, press Manage billing, then Cancel plan. You keep access until the paid period ends. Cancelling never touches your open positions.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are final, so the trial is free and needs no card: try everything first. If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you can withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and get it back in full: use Withdraw from contract on your account page, or email [email protected]. Renewals and plan changes are not refunded. Elsewhere, we refund only where your country's law requires it. Link, which takes the payment for Stripe, may also refund under its own policy. See the refund policy.

How many computers can I use?

One at a time. To move to another computer, remove the old one on your account page, then sign in on the new one.

What if my plan ends during a trade?

Nothing happens to your positions, and running copies keep going. The app only stops new groups from starting until the plan is active again.

Is there anything else to pay?

Not to us. TopstepX needs a ProjectX API plan in your name, about $14.50 a month with Topstep's code. For Rithmic and Tradovate accounts, check your firm's own data and access fees.

Are taxes included?

Prices are in US dollars. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it, based on your country.
