Uninstall the app

Remove the app and its data from your Mac.

Before you uninstall

  1. Stop all copying.
  2. Check your accounts on your broker's platform. Uninstalling does not close positions.
  3. To stop paying, cancel first: see Billing. Uninstalling does not cancel your subscription.
  4. Optional: Connections › Remove for each login, so the app deletes its saved logins from the system keychain.

macOS

  1. Quit the app.
  2. Drag it from Applications to the Trash.
  3. Empty the Trash.
  4. To remove settings and logs too, delete the app's folder in ~/Library/Application Support/ (the folder carries the app name) and its log folder in ~/Library/Logs/.
  5. Saved broker logins sit in the macOS Keychain. Remove them in the app first (step 4 above), or delete the app's items in Keychain Access.

Your account with us

Uninstalling does not delete your account. To delete it, email [email protected] from your account email.
